Refund Policy

At PC Digital Design ("we," "us," or "our"), we strive to deliver exceptional digital design services with transparency and fairness. This policy outlines our refund guidelines for clients who wish to cancel services.

1. Refund Eligibility (link this to terms & conditions #4)

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund (100%): If cancellation is requested within 5 business days of the signed and dated agreement, provided no work has commenced.
  • Partial Refund (20%): If cancellation occurs during the initial project stage (before any work is approved or finalized).
  • Partial Refund (5%): If work is approved the client chooses not to proceed further.
  • No Refund: If the project is completed (files delivered) and the client disappears or fails to respond.
  • Partial Payments or Payment Plans: No refunds will be issued for partial payments or payments made as part of a payment plan.

2. Refund Request Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted via email to team@pcdigitaldesign.com for review.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval and issued via the original payment method.

3. File Retention Policy

  • We retain project files on our servers for 18 months from the completion date. After this period, inactive files may be permanently deleted.
  • Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their final deliverables.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Services already rendered (e.g., completed design work, revisions after approval).
  • Third-party costs (e.g., stock assets, fonts, plugins) purchased on the client’s behalf.
  • Partial payments or payments made as part of a payment plan.

5. Disputes & Exceptions

  • Refund eligibility is determined at our discretion based on project progress and adherence to this policy.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for abusive or fraudulent claims.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or illegal activities.
